Privacy
A short, plain-language promise
We collect only what is needed to provide the event updates, ticket reservations or replies you request.
Information you choose to share
Stone Manor Studios collects only the information you choose to provide for event updates or replies. It is used for Makers at the Manor communications, is not sold, and may be removed from the list at your request by emailing create@stonemanorstudios.ca.
The ticket-update form asks for first name, last name, email, optional postal code, interests and consent.
Ticket reservations and Stripe
When ticket reservations open, you choose an arrival and quantities on this site, then continue to Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe collects your name, email and payment details under Stripe’s privacy policy. Checkout creates a Stripe Customer record so Stone Manor Studios can support the purchase and view its transaction history in Stripe. A test-mode Customer is also created when someone deliberately uses the public payment sandbox. Stone Manor Studios does not receive or store your card or bank-account details.
A purchase record is not marketing consent. Ticket-update and maker-announcement messages require the separate consent choice on this site.
After checkout, Stripe sends this site a signed status notice. The restricted event database records the selected arrival, ticket quantities, order total, payment/refund status, customer name and email, and Stripe order identifiers needed to confirm, support, reconcile or refund the reservation. Private confirmation and cancel links use one-way token values; raw payment credentials and raw webhook payloads are not stored.
Storage, access and abuse prevention
Signup and operational ticket records are stored in a restricted event database for access or export by the organizer. Access credentials remain server-side. To limit automated abuse and simultaneous capacity holds, a salted, one-way value derived from a visitor’s network address may be stored in an attempt log and temporarily attached to an active ticket hold. It is cleared from the order when the hold is paid, canceled or expires; if a payment anomaly requires manual review, it may remain until that review is resolved. It is omitted from owner CSV exports and is never used for marketing. Short-lived signup-attempt entries are removed during subsequent valid form activity. The final maintenance, subscriber and ticket-order retention schedules require owner/legal approval before public launch.
A newsletter or email-notification provider will not be connected until the owner approves one. Individual makers process their own event purchases and have their own payment and privacy practices.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics is not enabled in this version. Stripe may use cookies or similar technology on its hosted checkout according to its own policy. If an analytics provider is selected later, this notice and any legally required consent controls will be updated before tracking begins.
Your choices
You can ask to review, correct or remove your signup or ticket contact information by emailing create@stonemanorstudios.ca. Payment and refund records may need to be retained where required for transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
